「衣櫃很多衣服沒得穿」usually means the clothes do not connect. Shirts sit in one pile, trousers in another, and nothing has been tried together.
Start with what you repeat
Photograph the shirt and trousers you wore this week. Those are the real closet. The rest can wait.
Missing pieces are filled, not sold
If there is no jacket or no second top, a neutral basic can complete the look. The point is to wear what you own, not to open a shopping list.
One new combination is progress
You do not need a new wardrobe. You need two outfits you would actually leave the house in.
