You can start with a white tee and black trousers
Closeed · September 16, 2026
Plain clothes are not the problem. An unfinished outfit is. Basics can fill what you have not photographed yet.
If your closet is a white tee, black trousers, and one shirt, you can still start. Beginners are rarely blocked by owning too little. They are blocked by not knowing the pair.
Your piece stays the main one
Photograph the item you most want to wear tomorrow. If the trousers or a layer are missing, a neutral basic completes the picture. You are not required to shoot the whole closet first.
Plain is easier to get right
Fewer colours means fewer ways to clash. A white tee under a shirt you already own is a normal office combination, not a compromise you should apologise for.
Photograph 1–2 pieces you already own. Closeed returns 2 looks from your closet. No shopping, and no new clothes required. [Start free](/signup).
Try it with one work piece
Background removed. Two looks returned. No one will ask you to buy clothes.
